A couple of nights in December Casey & I got together with Charlie & Ginni for some Spades action. The first night we played at our house for 10 hands or so - all the while the girls were in the lead, but we couldn't seem to reach 500 (although we were in the 400s for like 7 of the hands)!! It was crazy. So we didn't finish the game that night. We went to the Rickerson's a few nights later to settle it all! Ginni made us a great dinner and then we set out on our Spades adventure. FINALLY, after around 10 more hands we (the girls) won! It was greatness. The boys felt so defeated. Then we decided to play a couples game after that...and then during the game we decided that that wasn't a good idea. Ha ha. Next time we'll go back to guys against girls again, I'm sure. :) Anyway, check out our fun pictures from that last night!
